The Palace Theatre team is celebrating winning Best Theatre/Arts Venue in Devon in the Muddy Stilettos Awards 2023 for the second time. The Muddy Stilettos Awards, in partnership with local sponsor, Kitsons Solicitors, is run each year. The ethos of Muddy Stilettos is all about celebrating and supporting the most exciting, brilliant local businesses. The public response this year has been incredible, with over 800,000 people around the country voting across the 28 Muddy Stiletto county sites.

Maureen McAllister, Operations Director at the Palace Theatre says: “We are over the moon to have won again and to be crowned Muddy Stilettos, Best Theatre in Devon. Thank you to everyone for voting for us and for supporting us throughout the year”.

The Palace Theatre will now be automatically put through to the National Muddy Stilettos Awards, which will be judged by the Muddy Stilettos Editors and the 5 successful finalists per category shortlisted will go into the National Finals with the ‘Best of the Best’ Winners crowned. Members of the Palace Theatre team will attend the Winners’ Drinks celebration and networking event in Exeter in July where they will each collect a winner certificate and rosette and enjoy a well-earned glass of bubbly.
