We have it on good authority, authority being our weather app, that this weekend is going to be hot with lots of sunshine.
Along side a whole host of stunning beaches for you to take in the sun, make a sandcastle or 3, enjoying a plethora of delicious tasting food and tourist attractions to visit, we’ve got some fab events for you.

Babbacombe Model Village – Easter Egg Trail
Has your mum ever asked you to find something, but its just to small to find?
Of course you have, you’re going to love the Babbacombe Model Village Trail, search the model displays to see if you can find the missing eggs.
In total 20 eggs have been hidden, and if you do manage to find them all you will be able to enjoy a chocolatey treat at the end.
There are some requirements, please ensure you arrive no later than 3pm, give yourselves plenty of time, and don’t forget a pen or pencil for the spotter sheet.
Conscious Club Live at Below Decks
A spot of lunch down on the harbour side sounds divine.
Why not spoil yourselves and come back at 17:00 for an evening meal with Conscious Club Live at Below Decks Torquay.
Sit back, relax and watch the marine world go by whilst enjoying alfresco seating and of course their signature dish Moules ‘n’ Frites, we highly recommend giving the dish and Below Decks a visit.
Easter Family Fun at Torquay Museum
Eggs, they are the main attraction when it comes to Easter, right?
Well at Torquay Museum nutty professor, Al Bumen and Dr Michelle Crack’d are back with their crazy, family friendly interactive show all about, eggs.
After the session you can expect a craft session, which will keep you all entertained well into the afternoon.

Paignton Easter Bank Holiday Events
Meet the Animals at Occombe Farm
Have you ever wanted to take care of a goat?
Well here is your chance, on a special 1 hour visit you will be able to meet a whole host of farm animals at Occombe Farm.
You will need to bring with you your wellies and outdoor clothing, which of course means shorts and t-shirts right?
Sessions will run between 10am and 11am on Monday’s and Friday’s.
All attendees will need to pay and all children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Due to the welfare of the animals, spaces are limited so please ensure you book.
Top Trumps Trail at Paignton Zoo
Real, giant, Top Trump cards are landing at Paignton Zoo, just in time for the Easter Bank Holiday.
Each of the giant cards feature Paignton Zoo’s very own amazing animals and will form a large trail around the zoo.
Before you set off on your quest, make sure you’ve had a big breakfast and picked up your Super Top Trumps card and go on a quest to be the best.
Compare your scores agains the giant cards to see if you really can trump them.
Once you’ve completed the trail, your score will go online and you will be added into a monthly prize draw, with the chance to win some pretty amazing prizes.
The Top Trumps Trail is open from 10am – 16:30 Monday – Sunday.
Brixham Easter Bank Holiday Events
Berry Head Easter Egg Hunt
Nothing says Easter quite like an Easter egg hunt.
For this epic journey you are going to bring a pen and collect instructions from the Guardhouse Cafe, Brixham.
Across the beautiful landscape that makes up Berry Head dozens of eggs have been hidden, the ultimate question is can you find them all?
Berry Head Easter egg Hunt runs from 09:00-17:00
The event is free, but please donate just a £1.00, which will go to charity.
As a result of the generosity shown in previous years, over £1,000 has been raised from the Easter Egg hunt, a charity has not been selected for this event yet, but do ask for details on arrival.
Brixham Art and Craft Market
Back for 2019 until the end of October is the Brixham Arts and Craft market.
Situated under the Old Fish market, right on the picuteresque harbour side in the centre of Brixham, we know that you are bound to find that perfect gift or souvenir to take home.
Consisting of over 20 stalls, each offering a unique array of handmade and unusual gifts, there really is something to suit every taste and course budget.
So this Saturday, don’t hang about, get yourselves over to Brixham and enjoy the arts and craft market, plus visit one of the many local businesses within the town centre.
