Appeal after armed house burglary in Cannock

Information is being sort after two offenders, armed with a knife and a bat broke into a property in Cannock. 

At 03:17am on 19th December 2021 police were called to a property near Cemetery Road, West Chadsmoor. 

The occupants of the property reported two male offenders in balaclavas had entered the property. 

One of the offenders held a knife to the throat of one of the occupants while the other, brandishing a baseball bat, demanded money. 

The offenders managed to make off on foot with two mobile phones in the direction of the A34. 

Officers are currently reviewing CCTV footage of the area.
