Torquay Shopping Centre announce Rowcroft as Charity Partners

Rowcroft Hospice, South Devon’s only adult hospice, covering some 300 square miles, has been announced as charitable partners by Torquay Shopping Centre, Union Square.

Located in the very heart of the Torquay’s Town Centre, Union Square is home to a range of both national and local traders including Iceland, Savers, Shauls the Bakers, F.Hinds and National Toy retailer, The Entertainer as well as many more.

The announcement means that Rowcroft Hospice will be able to help make the every day the best possible day for the patients at Rowcroft.

It will also ensure their loved ones can spend as much quality time as is possible.

Speaking at the announcement, Richard Randle-Jones, Union Square Centre Manager said:

Support for our local community is a key part of our ethos and we are delighted to be continuing that work with Rowcroft through 2018

Free Family Fun on Saturdays

Following the success of last years Super Saturday events, Union Square are delighted to bring these events back for another year.

Super Saturday focuses on providing family orientated fun for free, whilst raising awareness of the centre.

By being a charitable partner of the centre it will also enable the fundraising team at Rowcroft to get involved in Super Saturday’s throughout the year and help raise awareness of their very important work.

So if you’re stuck for something to do on the first Saturday of every month, get yourselves down to the Union Square shopping centre for completely free family fun.
