Torbay Armed Forces Day – Road Closures
Paignton Road Closures are expected as Torbay Armed Forces day is taking place on the 1st July in Paignton.
A parade will form up outside the Lime Tree Public House on Commercial Road, between 11:40am and 12pm.
The parade will then proceed along Commercial Road, turning right onto Victoria Street, before crossing Hyde Road and entering Torbay Road.
From here, the parade will turn right into Queens Road and conclude in the grounds of the rugby club at around 12:30pm.
A rolling road closure system will be in effect.
Paignton Road Closures
In light of the event Queens Road, Paignton will be closed between Torbay Road and Adlephi Road.
The road closure will be in place from 6am and 6pm.
Other roads affected by the parade, will be reopened as soon as the parade has past.
