I am passionate about helping more people discover yoga, and the many ways that it can improve your life...

Physically, yoga helps develop flexibility, strength and endurance. It improves sleep and helps with chronic pain.
Emotionally, yoga can help you feel calm, more balanced, uplifted and re-invigorated.
Mentally and spiritually, yoga can help reduce stress and increase mindfulness, moving you towards better coping, more acceptance and more happiness.
Yoga can also help in important transitional times in life, for example pregnancy, birth and postnatally.

I teach classes and workshops for people of all ages and stages of life, as follows...

Yoga for All - weekday classes, Thursdays 10.15 - 11.15am. Suitable for any level of experience. A classic yoga experience.

Yoga for developing your home practice - Sunday classes, once a month. 9.30-11 and 11.30 - 1pm. Suitable for anyone who wishes to extend their practice, learn more about vinyasa krama yoga and have help with practicing at home. This class/workshop is also called Sadhana on Sundays.

Yoga for Women - evening classes, Friday 7-8.30pm. A class with adaptations for women of any age and life stage ... including pregnant women and those who have recently had babies.

Yoga for Mum and Baby - daytime 4 week courses, Thursdays 11.30-1pm. This is for women from 6 weeks post birth until babies are crawling. See website for next course dates.

Yoga for Birth - this is a one day birth preparation workshop to help you have an enjoyable positive birth. It runs every 2 months. See website for next dates.

All of my weekly classes are at St. George's Church Hall, Goodrington, Paignton, TQ4 6NG.

I teach workshops at Yoga Torquay, Park Lane, TQ1 2AU.
