Flying in for 2023 is the prestigious and entertaining English Riviera Air Show and it promises to be bigger and better than previous years.
Along side new planes you can also expect the family favourites most associated with an airshow including The Red Arrows and The Blades.
Taking place over 3 days, between June 2nd and 5th June on Paignton Green, just opposite the beautiful sea front.
You can be expect to be entertained, mesmerised and amazed at the skill and ability of each of the pilots flying.
For the first time ever, the English Riviera Airshow will welcome and play host to the unique Vampire Pair, two de Havillian Vampire Jets owned and operated by the Norwegian Air force Historical Squadron.
Also, new for the English Riviera Air Show in 2023 is the BAC Strikemaster, a British jet-powered training and light-attack aircraft.
First flown in the late 60s the Strikemaster was a development of the Hunting Jet Provost trainer, which, itself was in development back in 50s.
On the ground you will be able look around the various exhibitions and will give you plenty to see, do and take away with you.
With a whole selection of stands, bars, food stalls, display teams, activities for the whole family and not to mention the fairground.
At the Torbay Airshow you can also expect to see the return of The Blades, which will leave you stunned and in aura of the amazing skill of the pair of these flying aces.
Buying your parking tickets is recommended early, if you’re planning to attend the Torbay Air Show, as parking on the day could well be a little frantic.
The air displays are of course subject to the reliable British Weather and may change on the actual day.
Further information is available via the official English Riviera Air Show website, following them on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
