Conservation Chat UK 2020 Conference

The Conservation Chat UK Conference is aimed at professionals in the field of wildlife conservation, academics, researchers, and students, but is open to anyone with a keen interest in the conservation of British species.

The 2020 conference will be held at Upton Vale Baptist Church in Torquay, Devon. Torquay is situated in the heart of the English Riviera, an area of designated UNESCO Global Geopark status, and is considered one of the UKs top holiday destinations. With a Marine Conservation Zone on its doorstep and only a short distance from Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks, Torquay is a key location for anyone who is passionate about the natural world. The conference is organised by Conservation Chat UK LTD and hopes to connect people with a passion for nature, conservation and the wider environment.

If you are interested in presenting please email your abstract to us by 17:00 on Friday 5th June 2020. If your abstract is successful please ensure a ticket is booked to guarantee a presentation slot. If you are at the beginning of your career (new to presenting or want to plug your project) you may be interested in our ‘quick-fire’ slots (5 minutes). These slots allow presenters to give an overview of their research/involvements without the requirements to go into excessive detail.
