Sailing in to Brixham for 2021 is the gold award winning Brixham Pirate Festival.
In 2021 the pirate festival, is promising to run for 2 full days due to the extended bank holiday. Giving you more time for a pirate shanty or two.
Recently the festival has secured Tourism Event or Festival of the year at the Herald Express Tourism and Hospitality awards 2018.
So prepare yourselves for 2 days of award winning pirating around Brixham.
With plenty of periodic features, militaria from the era, music and more.
The festival be enough to keep you land lovers coming back for more.
This year the festival welcomes the award winning and top band, the Dolemen adding to that pirate atmosphere.
This year the Brixham Pirate Festival celebrates its 11 year anniversary and it promises to be bigger than ever.
With lots more pirates, military and period re-enactors complete with guns and cannons to really get Brixham heard, far and wide.
The Brixham Pirate Festival is taking place over the course of the first Bank Holiday weekend in May and will be kick started on Saturday from 10:15am with a Pirate Parade. A day of live music and entertainment will run from 11am to 6pm.
Throughout the day you can also expect several attacks by pirates on the Golden Hind.
Fancy something more tranquil? Then checkout the Mermaid Cove, which features 4 mermaids and 2 mermen.
The tank is one of the biggest tanks in the whole of Europe.
