The Palace Theatre bring you The Art of Being Brilliant with ANDY COPE – especially for schools and for students to discover ‘The Art of Being a Brilliant Teenager’.
SPECIAL SCHOOLS OFFER all tickets £5 and TEACHERS go FREE.
The chances are you’ve sussed the system. Let me guess: work reasonably hard (but not too hard), turn up (most of the time) and hit those pesky homework deadlines (sometimes).
In short, you will have learned to fit in. But long-term, you need to stand out. So it’s time to step up. A good academic grounding is half the story. Learning to shine is just as important.
The modern world is fast and exhausting. Look around, what do you see? If you’re not careful, you can inhabit ZombieLand – a world in which too many people are stuck in a loop of counting down to the weekend, accidentally wishing their life away. ‘The Art of Being Brilliant’ is a big wake-up call. We figure there’s a huge difference between ‘being alive’ and ‘living’ – if you decide to go for it, your positivity ripples out into your friends, family and future workplace. The aim therefore is to challenge current habits and ways of thinking, to re-energise and enthuse you for the challenges that lie ahead.
